A leading healthcare provider in Grimsby seeks a dedicated recovery practitioner for the Theatre Department. We are predominantly looking for a recovery position, but rotation throughout the Theatre Department will be supported.
The postholder will provide and be responsible for the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of peri-operative care programmes. Clinically, he/she may be required to work as a scrubbed surgical assistant, circulating assistant, anaesthetic assistant, or recovery room practitioner. He/she may also take responsibility for the work of a team of theatre staff for a span of duty or operating list.
Multi-skilling will be encouraged, and those wishing to broaden their range of clinical skills will be supported.
