Main duties of the job

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated, positive thinking, creative, and proactive individual who has an inclusive outlook on life. You will work closely with YMM to ensure a smooth transition for complex cases and provide transition coordination as outlined in NICE guidance for transitions from YMM to AMHS. Engaging clients at the beginning of their mental health journey can be challenging due to stigma and reluctance to engage with mental health services. You will need excellent interpersonal communication skills and a good understanding of caring for young people, building trust.
