Role Overview:
As a Senior HR Administrator, you will work as part of a supportive team, serving as the first point of contact for HR queries across the Trust. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, onboarding, Safer Recruitment pre-employment checks, employee relations, payroll support, and HR systems improvement.
