As our Social Media / Digital Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity for rapid career development by unlocking the online opportunity at this fast-paced beauty distribution & marketing company.

Driving strategies that maximise sales and profitability across Europe’s top retailers, working closely with our talented teams in Sales, Marketing and Communications to make a measurable impact to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and optimise our social media and digital marketing accounts to maximise their potential.
2. Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram, to boost brand presence and engagement.
3. Create, manage, and analyse digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen our digital footprint and ensure consistent brand messaging.
5. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to keep our strategies innovative and effective.
6. Use sales and market data to create actionable insights that drive sales.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven successful experience in digital marketing, including managing digital marketing accounts and executing successful social media campaigns.
2. Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
3. Data savvy: comfortable analysing large sets of sales and market data, identifying trends, and using these insights to drive strategic decisions.
4. High energy and resilience: capable of working in a fast-paced environment where the bar is always being raised, thriving under pressure, and determined to succeed despite challenges.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for presenting insights and collaborating with teams.
6. Passion for retail; experience in the beauty or makeup industry is advantageous, but demonstrated growth in social media channels is most important.
