As our Social Media /Digital Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity for rapid career development by unlocking the online opportunity at this fast-paced beauty distribution & marketing company.

Driving strategies that maximise sales and profitability across Europe’s top retailers, working closely with our talented teams in Sales, Marketing and Communications to make a measurable impact to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise our social media anddigital marketing accounts to maximise their potential.
• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram, to boost brand presence and engagement.
• Create, manage, and analyse digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen our digital footprint and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to keep our strategies innovative and effective
• Data-Driven Insights: Use sales and market data to create actionable insights that drive sales

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven successful experience in digital marketing is essential. Managing digital marketing accounts and executing successful social media campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms; Meta, Tik Tok, YouTube..
• Data Savvy: You’re comfortable analysing large sets of sales and market data, identifying trends, and using these insights to drive strategic decisions.
• High Energy & Resilience: You’re ready to work in a fast-paced environment where the bar is always being raised. You thrive under pressure and are determined to succeed despite challenges.
• Excellent Communicator: Whether it’s presenting insights to senior leadership or collaborating with teams across multiple functions, your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch.
• Passion for Retail: Beauty or Makeup industry experiencewould be a real advantage but more important evidence of growing social media channels.
