Up to £18.00 per hour, depending on experience

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at our Cambridge Fitness and Wellbeing Centre, you will need an ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, along with good people skills and a love for swimming. We teach swimmers of all ages and abilities, following the Swim England framework.

You will have opportunities to achieve targets and work with colleagues to improve your lesson performance.

As a Swim Instructor, you will:

• Engage, coach, and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
• Make the most of every opportunity to help people learn and develop
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach
• Tailor coaching to meet individual needs
• Promote memberships by highlighting the benefits of our facilities
