Senior Quality Assurance Analyst – London Market Insurance | 6-Month Contract | £500-£550/day | Outside IR35 | Hybrid (2 days in Central London Office)

Are you a seasoned QA Analyst with a deep understanding of the Lloyd's and London Market insurance space?

We are working with a leading international insurance business, seeking a contract QA Analyst to support critical change initiatives. This is a 6-month contract, outside IR35, offering a day rate of £500-£550 and requiring two days a week onsite in Central London.

About the Role

As part of the Change Delivery function, you will lead QA processes across business transformation projects. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure the quality and compliance of systems and workflows that support broking, underwriting, and binder operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual and automated test plans aligned with project goals.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
• Identify testing risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Developers, and Vendors.
• Manage defect tracking, reporting, and documentation through the full testing lifecycle.
• Champion continuous improvement and the future introduction of test automation.
• Proven QA expertise (5+ years) including both front-end and back-end testing.
• Strong experience with Policy Administration Systems (PAS).
• Deep knowledge of the Lloyd’s and London Market, particularly in broking and underwriting environments.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with fast-paced change initiatives.
• Exposure to tools such as Azure DevOps, Postman, and SoapUI.
• Experience working on large-scale business change or systems migration projects.
• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Central London (Hybrid, 2 days in-office)
