Job Description Salary - £29,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Truly Talented team.

What we offer

  • £29,000 per annum
  • Permanent, full-time contract

Your role

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for completing all maintenance-related work within the hotel in a timely manner. You will ensure the property is consistently maintained to group standards and address any issues promptly.

The role involves both reactive and planned preventative maintenance work and requires close collaboration with all hotel departments to minimize guest disruption. You will support property audits, record benchmarking data such as meter readings, and work with the maintenance manager to monitor stock levels.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about change, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.

Core skills and experience required:

  • Knowledge and experience in plumbing, electrics, and decorating are highly important, along with enthusiasm, motivation, and the ability to work under pressure;
  • Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations;
  • Pride in high standards of work and the ability to prioritize workload effectively;
  • Professional and customer-focused attitude;
  • Ability to work within a team and independently.

You must have the right to work in the UK; documented evidence of eligibility will be required prior to employment.
