Arcas Technology is partnered with a leading Technology company currently seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer for a permanent position.

The role focuses on providing infrastructure support and ensuring services and solutions are properly configured and deployed. As a key stakeholder in IT infrastructure, maintaining high standards across all responsibilities is expected.

Responsibilities:

• Managing, provisioning, and supporting End User Computing (EUC) in line with organizational norms.
• Designing and implementing modifications to IT infrastructure or deploying new solutions and services.
• Facilitating end-user onboarding and training through documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborating with global vendors and partners to procure hardware.
• Managing user access privileges and enforcing security protocols to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, including Entra (Azure AD), Teams, Outlook Online, and SharePoint.
• Expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), with macOS deployment experience.
• Support experience in MacOS environments.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure best practices.
• Experience deploying MFA and Conditional Access within Microsoft 365.
