About the Role

Our Business Support teams provide vital services to ensure the success of our divisions, including HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal, and more. This role involves supporting financial forecasts, delivering accurate financial reporting, and analyzing results to aid decision-making. You will work closely with senior finance stakeholders and manage two direct reports.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the finance team to provide analysis for decision-making.
2. Assist in developing and reporting on financial forecasts and progress.
3. Prepare historic financial analysis by project, including KPIs and variance analysis.
4. Manage a team of two direct reports.
5. Conduct area reviews for projects and work with operations to ensure accurate reporting.

Candidate Requirements

• Part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP.
