About the Client:

Interaction Technical has partnered with a leading manufacturer of agricultural engineering equipment. Due to business growth, they are expanding their engineering team by recruiting skilled plant and agricultural field service engineers to maintain, repair, and service various agricultural machinery.

The Package:

• 32 days holiday including bank holidays, increasing with service
• Overtime paid at 1.5x after 37.5 hours midweek, 2x on Sundays and bank holidays
• Average of 15-20 hours overtime per week, with additional earnings
• Additional annual earnings potential based on overtime

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose faults and perform repairs on agricultural machinery such as tractors and combines
• Travel to customer sites for maintenance and repairs
• Perform diagnostics on mechanical and electrical faults
• Work independently and collaboratively to ensure quality service
• Service engines, batteries, hydraulics, and perform fault finding and repairs
• Communicate with clients to diagnose issues and provide solutions

Requirements:

• Experience with hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical systems (essential)
• Experience in the agricultural industry (essential)
• Fault finding and repair experience (advantageous)
• Experience with engines and batteries (advantageous)
• Relevant qualifications (NVQ or City and Guilds in mechanical/electrical engineering) are advantageous
• Full UK driver's license
