Are you a Business Development / Sales Manager with a Heavy Plant / Construction background seeking an excellent opportunity to work for an industry-leading organization with lucrative earning potential?

Our client has built a reputation for unrivaled product knowledge and first-class service within the construction rental industry for over forty-five years.

They operate a fleet of over 200 machines, including dump trucks (tonnes), loading shovels (tonnes), material handlers, excavators, and tracked dozers.

As part of their expansion, they are looking to attract an experienced Business Development Manager or Commercial Manager. This is a home-based role, ideally located in Peterborough, Leicester, Nottingham, Northampton, Grantham, Loughborough, or nearby.

This position offers the opportunity to lead the company's continued growth by generating new business and managing key accounts, helping them maintain their industry leadership.

You will play a vital role in the company's ambitious growth plans and have the chance to maximize earnings through a highly competitive, uncapped commission structure.
