Job Title: Assembler - Mechanical (Operator)

Duration: 12 months

Salary: 12.21 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking candidates to work in a fast-paced production environment, capable of working both as part of a team and independently. You will join a department of around 45 people, divided into smaller teams, and be responsible for reviewing workloads, following instructions, and assembling PCBs onto mechanical parts. Attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions using computers are essential.

This role involves working on cable assembly production, including duties such as crimping, cutting, stripping, tinning, and lifting/moving cable assemblies. Experience in electrical or mechanical crimping, soldering, and reading technical drawings is desirable. Candidates should adhere to health and safety guidelines, support continuous improvement, and possess good manual dexterity and communication skills.
