Job Title: Early Years Practitioner

As an Early Years Practitioner, the learning never stops. We offer opportunities to learn and develop the skills needed to build your career within our Little Pioneers nurseries. We seek a qualified professional to help us realize our vision of being the leading childcare provider.

Offering flexible and part-time working hours between 7am - 6.30pm, with options for 2-4 day workweeks to suit your work-life balance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results for children.
  • Support the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Contribute to delivering outstanding care and early education, ensuring performance standards are met.

Candidate requirements:

  • Full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
  • Enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us).
  • Open, honest, and compassionate attitude.
  • Passionate about early years and working with children.
