About You

Based in London, UCG has the ambition and strength to make a lasting difference in the communities it serves and beyond.

We are looking for a passionate Beauty Therapy Lecturer who can motivate, challenge, and inspire students to achieve.

You will have the knowledge and experience to deliver effective teaching, learning, and assessment, helping students reach their full potential and make positive progress toward achievement, further study, and employment.

Your role involves educating students at various levels and courses, from E3 to Level 3, including lesson planning, assessment, exam preparation, and ongoing support to develop their skills and knowledge.

You should have expert understanding of the curriculum area, possibly supplemented by relevant industry or professional experience, and hold a supporting formal certificate. Experience working with all skin tones is essential.

You must hold:

  • A Level 3 qualification or equivalent in the vocational area and be fully teacher qualified or willing to obtain a teaching qualification.
  • An assessor award.
  • An IQA qualification or willingness to obtain it within the first 3 months of employment.
