Accuracy and care define this role. You will oversee the safe and effective operation of the pharmacy and healthcare business, lead the daily dispensary activities, and be an expert in the technical aspects of medicine supply while delivering excellent patient care.
Guiding and supporting your pharmacy team and working closely with the Pharmacist and Store Leader, you’ll be influential in growing our business.
You will help ensure the safe and effective running of the pharmacy and healthcare business, leading the dispensary operations daily.
We offer an exciting career opportunity. You should have an NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent), and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
We value genuine passion for customer care, leadership in the dispensary, and the ability to support pharmacy strategy.
Additionally, you need to have completed a Medicines Counter Assistant (NVQ2) qualification or equivalent to work within our dispensaries.
You may wish to become an Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT); we provide training and support for this. Developing your healthcare knowledge through these roles will be reflected in your pay and benefits.
