Role Overview

We’re looking for a BI Analyst to maintain our PowerBI environment and deliver high-quality dashboards. You’ll work directly with stakeholders, translate business needs into insights, and explore open-source BI tools to enhance our current setup.

Responsibilities

1. Power BI Development: Build and optimize dashboards using DAX, M Query, and SQL.
2. Stakeholder Management: Gather requirements and deliver accurate reports promptly.
3. Marketing Analytics: Manage and improve Google Analytics and BigQuery data for targeted insights.
4. Collaboration: Work with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to integrate advanced analytics, including ML and LLM, into BI solutions.
5. Documentation & QA: Maintain robust documentation and ensure data accuracy.
6. Innovation: Explore open-source BI tools like Superset, Metabase, Grafana, and custom solutions (Node.js-based) for potential enhancements.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in BI (Power BI, SQL, GA).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of marketing analytics, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Bonus: Experience or interest in open-source BI tools and custom reporting solutions.
