We are looking for an Operations Manager with strong problem-solving, business acumen, and project management skills to join our team and manage end-to-end various projects across construction, real estate, design, hospitality, operations, finance, etc., around the globe.

The candidate will work directly with the general managers of each respective department.

What you will be doing

• Deliver value through the creation, optimisation, and maintenance of processes and projects
• Oversee or contribute to budgeting, construction, engineering, planning, and design for projects. Provide overall project management
• Contribute to negotiation of contracts with counterparties, ensuring contracts are fit for purpose, cost-effective, and include appropriate Service Level Agreements
• Contribute to auditing contractors to verify their skills and competencies are appropriate and they are fit to undertake the work
• Analyze new business opportunities and build comprehensive business cases (P&L analysis, risk assessment, etc.)
• Implement, develop, and optimise processes for hiring, coaching, and performance management of employees
• Develop and implement cost-saving measures
• Lead operationalisation of new business opportunities

Requirements

• Experience: internship in top management consulting firms, investment banks, or in high-growth companies or tech departments of large companies
• Native or fluent in English and Russian (both spoken and written)
