Purpose of the Role

The SharePoint Business Analyst will have responsibility of SharePoint Online and related technologies within the collaboration and productivity space. They will have experience with the SharePoint Admin Centre and good knowledge of best practise and of ‘what tool when’ to get the best out of the productivity stack in Microsoft 365. Ideally you will have had 2-4 years hands on experience with working with SharePoint online.

Key Accountabilities:

• Experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, Forms, Stream, Loop, Planner, Whiteboard
• Adoption, training and sharing knowledge
• Lists, Libraries, and Pages in SharePoint
• Troubleshooting technical issues relating to SharePoint
• Providing support via the ticking system to the company
• Fundamental knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI/Fabric, Copilot Studio and Power Pages).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with the wider Technology group, especially the IT and Cyber Security group
• Engaging with the wider business to support projects with appropriate project lifecycle management, documentation, maintenance, and deployment
• Sharing best practice and adhering to the SharePoint, Teams and Viva Engage Governance and updating accordingly
• Experience with Canvas Apps
• Experience with Workflows and Power Automate.

Requirements

Do you have some of the following?

• Awareness of ShareGate and migrations
• SharePoint Project experience and/or Power Platform projects
• JSON knowledge
• Basic PowerShell
• PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals Certification.
