Job Title: Field Service Coffee Engineer

Location: Manchester to Birmingham (Field-Based)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE) + overtime

About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Coffee Engineer to join our growing team! In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing domestic coffee machines across the Manchester to Birmingham region. You’ll work independently, providing top-quality service to a variety of clients passionate about their coffee.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service, maintain, and repair a range of domestic coffee machines at customer sites.
2. Diagnose faults and perform effective repairs in a timely manner.
3. Provide excellent customer service and build positive client relationships.
4. Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
5. Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience servicing domestic coffee machines (essential).
• Coffeesafe qualification (preferred but not essential).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
