We're currently recruiting for a Step Up Team Leader position at The Brickfield Restaurant & Pub in Folkestone. This role involves working 30 hours per week over 5 days, with a pay rate of up to £14.01 per hour.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you'll be the friendly face welcoming guests, managing the shift, and ensuring excellent customer service. This position offers immediate start, with opportunities for development and increased pay based on responsibility. Candidates must be over 18 years old.

• Pay Rate: £12.26-£14.01 per hour (full training and leadership responsibilities rewarded with higher pay)
• Contract Type: Permanent (no zero-hours contracts)
• Hours: 30 hours/week over 5 days, with guaranteed hours
• Location: Cookhouse & Pub The Brickfield, Cherry Garden Lane, Folkestone, CT19 4AP
