We’re looking for a new General Manager for this fantastic Bel & The Dragon site.

Westerham is a small, affluent town in Kent with excellent road links to the surrounding area. It’s popular with tourists, with several National Trust Houses nearby and an emerging wine trail celebrating the region's English wines. It’s known as the gateway to the southeast.

The George & The Dragon is part of the Bel & The Dragon estate, opened in July 2022, and remains in excellent condition.
It features 13 luxurious bedrooms, a private dining room, and cozy nooks for relaxing by a fire.

The local community actively engages with the business, making it a popular venue for celebrations. The General Manager should be the face of the business, greeting guests and actively seeking opportunities to grow the venue.
