The Royal Armouries Museum is seeking a Digital Manager to lead a talented team in creating engaging digital experiences. Location: Leeds / Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Hours: Full-time (36 hours/week), Permanent
Are you a creative digital leader with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement? The Royal Armouries Museum is looking for a Digital Manager to help shape the future of how we present our national collection online and in-gallery.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in one of the UK’s most important museums, leading a talented digital team and producing compelling content that educates, inspires, and connects with a diverse audience.
About the Role
As Digital Manager, you’ll oversee the development and delivery of innovative, high-quality digital experiences across multiple platforms — including our website, galleries, and social channels. From digital trails and videos to long-form storytelling and podcasts, you’ll lead projects that bring the Royal Armouries’ stories to life in fresh, accessible ways.
Working closely with the Digital Programme Manager and cross-departmental teams, you’ll champion user-centred design, accessibility, and digital best practices.
