CAMEO operates across our Foundation Trust via two established bases in Cambridge and Peterborough. This post will be located in the dynamic and multi-cultural city of Cambridge and surrounding areas.

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic Band coordinator. The individual must be compassionate, committed, and have good working knowledge of psychosis. The post holder will work with service users to provide recovery-focused interventions through ongoing support, practical assistance, and problem resolution under the supervision of a senior team member. They will also contribute to the regular reviews of service users in the team.

If you are passionate about the values that underpin Early Intervention work and supporting service users throughout their recovery journeys, we look forward to meeting you.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will support service users with their recovery journeys through collaborative goal setting with a range of priority health and social needs under the supervision of a senior team member.

Help to identify early signs of relapse by monitoring the user’s progress, level of functioning, and mental state, and alert the appropriate staff involved in the individual's care.

Participate in regular planning and review meetings with the clinician supervising the work and maintain quality and management of clinical caseload within the supervision process.

Maintain adequate records as required by existing procedures, entering appropriate details on the service user’s case notes as necessary.

Please note: For this role, you will be required to travel independently around the county, meeting strict time deadlines. You must hold a full UK driving licence and have use of a vehicle. Public transport cannot be used for this role as it is not considered reliable enough to meet service needs. Please confirm in your application that you meet these criteria.
