Lutine Bell is supporting a long-established, leading UK-based bank in appointing their Senior Operational Risk Manager.

This individual will support the Head of Operational Risk in the second line of defense (2LoD), overseeing the development and embedding of the Risk Framework, and working closely with Risk, Compliance, and first line of defense (1LoD) Risk colleagues.

Location: London - Hybrid

Salary: Up to £95,000 + Bonus & Benefits

The successful candidate will have:

• A Banking / Wealth Management background
• Strong Operational Risk Management experience in a 2LoD role
• Experience contributing to ICAAP (Must Have)
• Hands-on experience with Risk Incidents, RCSA, Control Testing, Risk Framework, Risk Policies, Standards & Guidance
