Responsibilities:

1. This market leading law firm is currently looking for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join its team in Newcastle.
2. The newly appointed Corporate Solicitor will be joining an expanding team, dealing with a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, reorganisations and company advice, listed company transactions and IPOs, PE and venture capital transactions.
3. You will manage your own caseload as well as working with the partners, benefiting from their extensive experience on more complex matters.

Candidate Requirements:

1. You will be a Corporate Solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE gained from another leading national or regional law firm.
2. You will have experience working with a range of businesses from SMEs and owner-managed businesses to large corporates.
3. It is vital to be a good team player with excellent communication and organisational skills, and a keen commercial mind.
