The Opportunity

Reporting to the Global Head of Risk & Assurance, the Senior Risk Manager will oversee the enterprise risk management framework, collaborating with risk owners, business partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective risk management and reporting. This role suits an experienced project manager with a proven track record in risk frameworks, stakeholder management, and risk-based decision making. You will regularly report to executive boards, translating technical risk concepts into accessible language with relatable examples.

Is This Role Right For You?

We are interested in speaking with individuals who:

• Are experts in Risk Management frameworks, with experience in designing Risk Operating Models and embedding a strong Risk Culture in complex organizations.
• Are proficient in all aspects of the risk lifecycle, governance, and technologies aligned with ISO31000.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of global regulatory environments (UK, EU, US, APAC) and can adapt risk frameworks to regional standards.
• Can develop cross-functional and cross-regional risk frameworks that translate complex risks into clear strategies.
• Have expertise in risk appetite, taxonomy, policies, monitoring, emerging risks, assurance, and implementation of assurance models.
• Are curious, proactive, and effective at working across cultures and stakeholders.

Location: UK – Ability to work in the London office 2-3 days a week, with periodic international travel and flexible hours for cross-time zone collaboration.
