Our client, a high-growth institutional digital asset platform backed by leading names in global finance, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their expanding team. This is a standout opportunity to shape the marketing strategy at the heart of a fast-scaling fintech operating at the convergence of traditional finance and crypto.
Reporting to the CMO, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Trading, and Product to elevate brand visibility, drive client engagement, and accelerate commercial outcomes.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Developing the Brand Voice & Content Strategy: Lead the creation of engaging, SEO-friendly content across digital channels, collaborating with internal experts to publish timely thought leadership and research.
- Designing the End-to-End Client Journey: Optimise the full lifecycle from onboarding to advocacy, developing structured feedback mechanisms and insight-led engagement initiatives.
- Activating Demand Generation Campaigns: Support multi-channel lead generation, analyse conversion metrics, and optimise campaign performance to feed a healthy sales pipeline.
- Enhancing Sales Team Effectiveness: Produce tailored sales enablement materials, refine value propositions, and equip front-line teams with compelling collateral and messaging.
- Planning and Executing Events & PR Campaigns: Coordinate high-impact industry events, client roundtables, webinars, and PR activity to elevate brand reputation and secure media exposure.
- Leading Go-to-Market for New Products: Drive the strategy and execution behind product launches, aligning messaging with regulatory frameworks and institutional client expectations.
- Strengthening Internal Brand Engagement: Support internal communications and culture-building initiatives, including business updates, employee engagement content, and brand ambassador programs.
- Leveraging Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with key partners on co-branded marketing initiatives, joint events, and shared content that broadens reach and reinforces credibility.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Background in B2B marketing within digital assets, Web3, fintech or payments
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of supporting revenue growth through marketing.
- Skilled in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns, content strategies, and client-facing materials.
- Experience using CRM and marketing tools such as Hubspot, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.
- Confident communicator with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives.
- Hands-on and adaptable, with a collaborative mindset and ability to work in a high-growth environment.
