Job description

A Digital Marketing Manager assists the Head of Client Services with all marketing activities, focusing on branding and digital promotion of products or services.

The role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, maintaining social media presence across multiple channels, and implementing strategies such as SEO, email marketing, PPC, and influencer marketing.

The individual will track, measure, and report campaign performance, collaborating with creative teams like Graphic Designers and Freelance Writers to create and manage online campaigns.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, SEO, SEM, and PPC.
  2. Build and maintain brand presence across social media channels.
  3. Create, execute, and monitor marketing campaign budgets.
  4. Collaborate with media and sales teams to optimize results.
  5. Measure key performance metrics such as website traffic, engagement, bounce rate, and ROI.
  6. Identify innovative growth strategies with the digital marketing team.
  7. Prepare performance reports using analytics software to evaluate customer touchpoints and customer experience across digital channels.

Additional responsibilities include communicating with senior management, organizing promotional events, working with advertising agencies, managing content creation, and evaluating campaign effectiveness within budget constraints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or relevant fields.
  • Experience in digital marketing or advertising roles.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with website analytics, social media platforms, and digital advertising best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Leadership skills and team collaboration ability.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot Sales & Marketing suite.
  • Familiarity with social media development and online content marketing strategies.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze and monitor market trends.
