Job Purpose

As a member of the Digital Application team, the Senior Full Stack Developer designs, develops, and supports various applications ranging from web front-end to APIs and middleware integration.

Accountabilities

• Develop and support enterprise-wide applications such as online banking, public website, digital membership opening, and other digital solutions.
• Leverage our ESB platform to build integration solutions for web applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS, GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, JMeter, etc.
• Participate in project solution design and create technical design documents.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure systems are properly tested and meet requirements.
• Provide expertise to support project scope decisions based on business value and resources.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Skills & Qualifications

• 7-9 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with relational databases and scalable schema design.
• Proficiency in TDD and unit testing frameworks.
• Experience in RESTful API development and API management best practices.
• Deep understanding of SOA and Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration and ESB tools like MuleSoft is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Nexus.
• Knowledge of CMS systems and AWS cloud technology is advantageous.
• Ability to manage complex workloads independently.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.
