We are looking for a Head Chef to lead our talented kitchen team here at the Trearddur Bay Hotel.

The Trearddur Bay Hotel is more than just a hotel. With 47 beautiful bedrooms, many with fabulous sea views and balconies, all with the comforts you’ll need for a relaxing break. Our grounds are located right by the beach, ideal for seaside views while you cosy up in our Inn at the Bay pub or our The Bay Restaurant. Our menus offer seasonal specials and pub classics perfect for the season.

There’s also the option of The Bay Restaurant & Bar, which has its own menu focusing on daily, freshly prepared, seasonal specials, for a special dining experience.

We also have our garden bar and kitchen, 1828 Bar Gardd a Chegin, a pop-up street food styled outdoor bar, perfect for sunny days in the garden.

We have fantastic event spaces for parties and coastal Anglesey beach weddings.

You will be joining a well-structured and fantastic team.
