Job description

This is an exciting new role for a Product Manager to join us in our Commercial & Transformation team, reporting to the Head of Commercial.

Role Overview

The role holder will be the product champion across TotalEnergies Gas & Power (TGPL), focusing on core gas and electricity products for SME and Major Business segments, including complex flexible offerings and ancillary products such as energy efficiency, solar, and EV.

Responsibilities include becoming an expert on our product range, managing a coherent product roadmap, identifying new products and improvements, and playing a key role in product launches and relaunches.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own and develop the product roadmap collaboratively with teams like Pricing, Sales, and Servicing.
2. Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and gaps.
3. Analyze competitors and identify strengths and weaknesses relative to TGP offerings.
4. Identify and implement necessary changes to existing products and develop new variants.
5. Develop business cases and collaborate with Business Improvement, Pricing, and IT for implementation.
6. Plan and execute product launches, working with sales and marketing teams.
7. Review and improve current product literature in collaboration with marketing.
8. Serve as a subject matter expert on product contracting processes and conditions.
9. Support sales with product recommendations and bespoke changes, managing supporting documentation.

Additional Information

Location: Tadworth (KT20 6RP)

Salary: £55,000 to £65,000

Bonus: Up to 20%

Contract: 18 Months

Working Pattern: 3 days a week
