Assistant Store Manager - Heathrow Terminal 5

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our Heathrow Terminal 5 store. The successful candidate will uphold the tradition of delivering a world-class experience to our customers at Fortnum & Mason.

The Assistant Manager will report to both the Deputy Store Manager and Store Manager, supporting the smooth operation of the retail site. You will ensure the delivery of high service standards expected of a luxury retailer, aiming to exceed customer expectations.

This role involves working 5 days per week, including weekends, with shifts between 6am and 11pm. We require a leader with strong managerial skills, energy, drive, and the ability to motivate others. You will be responsible for creating a well-managed, clean, and safe working environment, maintaining due diligence at all times.

• A proven background at supervisory or assistant store manager level in retail or luxury retail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer skills to operate our point of sales system
• A strong customer service focus for internal and external customers
• Energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for luxury retail
