Assistant Store Manager - Heathrow Terminal 5

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our Heathrow Terminal 5 store. The successful candidate will help deliver a world-class experience to our customers at Fortnum & Mason.

The Assistant Manager will report to the Deputy Store Manager and Store Manager, supporting the smooth operation of the store. You will ensure high service standards are maintained, exceeding customer expectations in a luxury retail environment.

This role involves working 5 days a week, including weekends, with shifts between 6am and 11pm. We seek a leader with strong managerial skills, energy, drive, and the ability to motivate others. You will be responsible for creating a well-managed, clean, and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

We look for the following qualities:
  • Proven experience at supervisory or assistant store manager level in retail or luxury retail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with our point of sales system
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine passion for luxury retail

All potential employees will undergo a 5-year reference check covering employment and education history, which is a requirement for all staff working at Heathrow.
