Job summary

McGinley Support Services Infrastructure Ltd is seeking an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to deliver on-site supervision across Birmingham and Coventry projects. You will manage earthworks crews, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with site teams to hit milestones.

Immediate start and long-term work with competitive rates are on offer. Gold/Black CSCS cards and SSSTS/SMSTS are essential, with proven groundworks experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are required.

Qualifications
