Job summary

MSS Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to oversee earthworks on the HS2 site in Lichfield. This ongoing PAYE contract role focuses on coordinating the workforce, ensuring safety, and maintaining project standards on one of the UK’s largest infrastructure schemes.

The role requires CSCS Gold Card and SSSTS, with prior Earthworks supervisory experience on major civil projects preferred. Rate variations depend on shift pattern and assignment needs.

£25.70 per hour - first 10 hours
£33.41 per hour (time and a third) - after 10 hours
Ongoing contract working on the HS2 project

Requirements for Earthworks Supervisor role:

Our client is looking for an experienced Earthworks Supervisor for an ongoing contract assignment in Lichfield, working on the HS2 project.

As an Earthworks Supervisor, you will oversee earthworks activities on site, helping to coordinate the workforce and ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

Applicants must have relevant earthworks supervisory experience and hold a valid CSCS Gold Card and SSSTS.
