Job summary

Milestones Day Nursery Dartford invites applications for an Early Years Educator Apprenticeship with a Level 3 qualification. You will work in Dartford (DA1 5XW), earn £8 per hour for the first year and then minimum wage thereafter, with both full-time and part-time shifts available and blended learning support.

You will help children learn through play, support routines, observe development, keep records, and work under safeguarding policies in a welcoming nursery team.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning and development through play and planned activities.
• Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, outdoor play, and sleep routines.
• Provide personal care, including nappy changing and toileting support.
• Help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.
• Observe children's development and contribute to learning records.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
