Coram in Nottingham is seeking a Team Leader for the ParentChild+ programme on a fixed-term contract running 27 months from January 2027. The role manages a team of Home Visitors and volunteers to support 100 families.

You will train, supervise and develop staff, ensure safeguarding and equal opportunities, and collaborate with the Regional Manager to meet targets and deadlines. A degree in Early Years Education or Level 3 EY qualification is essential.
