Coram is seeking a Team Leader in Nottingham to oversee the ParentChild+ programme, guiding a team of Home Visitors and volunteers to support 100 families over two years. The role requires safeguarding experience and a proven ability to meet targets.

You will train staff, ensure high-quality home learning, and work with the Regional Manager to coordinate delivery across areas. A degree in Early Years Education or Level 3 in Early Years is essential.
