Early Years Teaching Assistant - Wednesfield, Wolverhampton
Start Date: 1st September 2025
Contract: Full-Time (Fixed-Term until approx. 13th February 2026)
Location: Wednesfield, Wolverhampton

Aspire People are working in partnership with a welcoming and nurturing primary school in Wednesfield, Wolverhampton, who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025.

This full-time role is to support in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), assisting the class teacher in delivering a creative and engaging curriculum. The position is to cover maternity leave and is expected to continue until approximately mid-February 2026.

The ideal candidate will:
* Have recent experience working within an EYFS setting.
* Be passionate about early childhood development.
* Support children's learning through play, structured activities, and targeted interventions.
* Be able to work collaboratively with staff and communicate effectively with parents and carers.
* Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Teaching Support (or equivalent).
