Aspire People are working in partnership with a welcoming and nurturing primary school in Wednesfield, Wolverhampton, seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join from September 2025.

This full-time role supports the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), assisting the class teacher in delivering a creative and engaging curriculum. It is a fixed-term contract until approximately 13th February 2026, covering maternity leave.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have recent experience working within an EYFS setting.
  • Be passionate about early childhood development.
  • Support children's learning through play, structured activities, and targeted interventions.
  • Work collaboratively with staff and communicate effectively with parents and carers.
  • Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Teaching Support (or equivalent).
