Job summary

Milk Education is seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant in Shiremoor to support children during key development stages. You will assist the class teacher with engaging activities, promote social and educational development, and help children gain confidence through play-based learning.

Ideal candidates have EY or primary setting experience, strong organisation, and a positive, flexible approach to school life. The role offers ongoing professional development and support.

About the role?

  • A Level 3 or Level 4 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification (desirable or essential, depending on the role).
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to get involved in all aspects of school life.
