Job summary

New Directions Education is seeking experienced Early Years Teaching Assistants to support Nursery and Reception children across Leeds. You will assist teachers, foster learning through play, and help children develop essential communication and social skills in a caring, inclusive setting.

The role offers both full-time consistency and part-time flexibility, with opportunities for regular supply work and potential long-term roles within a trusted education network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in an Early Years or school setting.
• A caring, patient, and positive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant childcare or education qualifications are desirable but not essential.
