Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant to support children's learning, development and wellbeing in Primary schools in Oldham.

You will work with teachers to create a nurturing environment, with a focus on learning through play and strong communication with pupils and parents.

Qualifications

• Previous EYFS experience essential.
• Genuine passion for supporting young children and helping them develop.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to support learning through play and engaging activities.
• Relevant qualifications are desirable.
• SEN experience is highly desirable, particularly experience supporting children with additional learning or behavioural needs.
• A proactive, patient and adaptable approach to supporting pupils.
