Job summary

Philosophy Education LTD. is seeking an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a one-form-entry primary school in Kensington and Chelsea.

You will support Nursery and Reception pupils including those with high needs, starting 2 November and continuing until July 2026. The role involves supporting communication and language, regulation and independent skills, and delivering intervention groups within a warm, community-focused school environment near King’s Road.

Qualifications

Weare looking for a highly-experiencedEarly YearsTeaching Assistant to work within Early Years at within a lovely primary school in Kensington and Chelsea. The role will start on 2nd November and continue until the end of the academic year.

The Role

In this role you will be working across Nursery and Reception supporting a group of children with high needs. They have varying SEND but primarily Autism, with several needing support for communication and language, regulation and simple independence skills. The classes and team are lovely and generally very settled, but have a higher than expected level of additional need.

The ideal candidatewill have experience within Early Years, confidence to support children with high needs and the ability to take on intervention groups.
