Job summary

TLTP Education is seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant for a long-term, full-time role in Enfield, North London. You will support children through play-based learning and help deliver the EYFS curriculum.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 EYFS qualification and EYFS experience, with paediatric first aid preferred. ASAP start, 8:30am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday, in a welcoming primary school environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support children's learning through engaging, play-based activities.
  • Assist with delivering the EYFS curriculum.
  • Support children's communication, language and social development.
  • Encourage confidence, independence and curiosity.
  • Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
  • Support positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
  • Build strong relationships with children and staff.
  • Assist with daily routines and classroom activities.
  • Monitor children's progress and support their individual needs.

Early Years Teaching Assistant - The role

Early Years Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:
