Smile Education is recruiting Early Years Teachers (ECTs) for a school in Hyde, Greater Manchester. This role offers £120–£140 per day and supports newly qualified teachers in starting their careers in a nurturing school environment.

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or eligibility to obtain QTS.
• Early Career Teacher (ECT) status or a strong interest in beginning an Early Years teaching career.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Excellent communication, organisation and classroom management skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to complete the necessary pre-employment and safeguarding checks, including an appropriate DBS check and satisfactory references.
