Job summary

Bright Horizons Tudor House Day Nursery and Preschool in Burgess Hill is seeking an Early Years Teacher with QTS to plan and deliver engaging learning experiences and high-quality care for young children. You will assess development and adapt activities to meet individual needs while ensuring a safe, stimulating environment both indoors and outdoors.

Applicants should hold QTS/EYTS/EYPS or a Level 6 EY qualification and have solid EYFS knowledge and safeguarding understanding.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is required.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Solid safeguarding and child protection knowledge.

• Plan and deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care; tailor activities to individual needs.
• Make accurate assessments reflecting each child’s interests, stage and development.
