Role Expectations

• Meet each child's individual needs, supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs
• Deliver expertise on the EYFS framework
• Own observation, assessment, and planning for your key children, providing developmentally appropriate next steps
• Encourage and praise children's development and achievements
• Most importantly, have FUN!

Requirements: Hold an Early Years Teaching qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as a Nursery or Early Years Teacher.
