Key responsibilities include:

• Influence and shape nursery practices and share responsibility for their implementation
• Encourage continuous improvement and staff suggestions
• Support assessment, recording, and reporting of children's progress
• Identify and facilitate professional development needs of staff
• Coordinate and implement programs and interventions
• Promote high expectations and commitment to children's achievement
• Ensure staff demonstrate positive values and behavior

Minimum qualification required: Qualified Teacher Status, Early Years Professional Status, or Level 6 Qualification.
